Two teenage boys arrested in connection to recent fatal shooting in Des Moines

Last Friday (May 6, 2016) around 6:30 p.m., a 41-year old white male from Kent was shot and killed at an apartment complex in the 22800 block of 30th Ave S. in Des Moines.

A motive for the homicide has not yet been determined, but detectives believe there was some sort of confrontation between the victim and the two suspects prior to the shooting. The victim has not been formally identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.

With the assistance of agents from the Seattle office of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms two suspects were arrested on Monday (May 9) in Des Moines.
