The SeaTac City Council will host its first Town Hall Meeting of 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26 at the SeaTac Community Center, located at 13735 24th Avenue S. (map below).
“Attendees at the meeting can use this opportunity to ask questions of the Council about anything that is important to them,” the City said in a statement. If time limits the number of questions the Council can respond to, the public may choose to submit written questions and receive a return phone call from a council member after the meeting.
“The council members recognize that the ability to directly communicate with elected officials is an important element of local government and helps both the council members and the community better understand one another on topics important to the City,” City Manager Joseph Scorcio said. “Last year’s meetings were instrumental in getting input from our residents and businesses and we hope that we have great participation again this year.”
