Alaska Air Group pays $32 million for ‘Project Copper River’ property in SeaTac

The Puget Sound Business Journal is reporting that Alaska Air Group has paid $32 million for the ‘Project Copper River’ property in SeaTac.

The 7.5-acre property is across the street from the company’s SeaTac headquarters at 19225 International Blvd., the Journal says. The site is where the Jet Motel operated until recently.

A large new office park called “Project Copper River” is planned for the property.
