Ribbon Cutting for SeaTac Community Garden will be Saturday, April 21

With planing season upon us, all are invited to attend a ribbon cutting event for the SeaTac Community Garden on Saturday, April 21, at 1 p.m.

The City’s community garden is located in North SeaTac Park, adjacent to the Highline SeaTac Botanical and Japanese gardens.

Funding for this project came from the City’s Capital Improvement Plan, King Conservation District, and Partners in Community Health (PICH) grants.

Garden plots are available to SeaTac residents for rent (April-October) for $40 per year.

For more information, please call or visit the SeaTac Community Center at 206.973.4680 or online at www.ci.seatac.wa.us/communitygarden.

Registration is currently open for the 2018 growing season. Reserve your garden plot today!
