40-year old motel clerk shot and killed in SeaTac Friday night


The King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a 40-year old male motel clerk was shot and killed in the 20600 block of International Blvd. in SeaTac Friday night, June 15.

Police say they received a 911 call at 11:15 p.m. Friday night, alerting them that a shuttle driver for America’s Best Value Inn had found the male clerk laying on the ground in the motel’s office with a gunshot wound.

Shortly later the victim – who was from Spanaway – was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he died.

The victim’s identity has not yet been released.

King County Major Crimes is investigating, and there is no suspect info at this time.
