Erin Sitterley elected mayor of SeaTac through 2019, replacing Mike Siefkes

Erin Sitterley was unanimously elected mayor of SeaTac at Tuesday’s (Sept. 25) City Council session, replacing resigned Mayor Michael Siefkes who will be moving out of state.

Sitterley, who served as SeaTac deputy mayor, was elected to the Council in 2015, and is up for election next year. She is a SeaTac speech language pathologist for home health care. On the Council, she is a member and chair of the Administration and Finance committee and member of the Public Safety and Justice and the Airport Advisory Committee.

The new deputy mayor will be another first term council member, Clyde ‘Fuzz’ Hill.
