TRAFFIC ALERT: Detour near Angle Lake Light Rail Station starts TONIGHT

The City of SeaTac Public Works Department will be doing construction at the intersection of S. 200th Street and 26th Avenue S. near the Angle Lake Light Rail Station starting TONIGHT at 7 p.m. (Wednesday, Nov. 7).

This two-day project will finish the repaving of the intersection, with a projected finish date of Friday, Nov. 9.

During the construction activity, drivers should use alternate routes. All northbound and southbound lanes through the intersection of S. 200th St. and 26th Avenue South will be shut down during the nighttime construction periods.

The project construction periods are from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. each day.

Detours will be set up to take traffic around this intersection.

Eastbound and westbound traffic will be allowed, but drivers should expect significant delays.

Construction crew will work to accommodate emergency vehicles but responders should seek alternate routes when possible.

The completion of this project is weather-dependent and may be delayed or canceled due to changes in weather conditions.
