SeaTac’s free Tree Lighting and Holiday Festivities will be Friday, Dec. 6

The City of SeaTac’s annual Tree Lighting event – a free community celebration filled with festive activities for all ages – will be held on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 at the SeaTac Community Center, from 5–8 p.m.

The evening’s centerpiece, the lighting of the holiday tree, will take place promptly at 5:20 p.m., setting the stage for an evening of seasonal fun.

Attendees can enjoy children’s activities, holiday caroling, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself.

The festivities will conclude with a showing of the animated family film “Smallfoot” at 7:30 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring the whole family to enjoy this magical holiday tradition.
