Hello Highline,

I was appointed to the Highline School Board in March, 2025. Your support helped us win the primary, and with your vote in November, we will continue strengthening our schools and our community.

I’m a mom of Highline students, the daughter of Mexican immigrants, and the first in my family to attend college and earn a PhD. I have over 20 years of experience in education and community leadership. 

I believe schools are the heart of our community. They’re where our students grow, where families connect, and where our shared future begins. When we care for our schools, we care for the heart that keeps our neighborhoods vibrant and our community strong.
