The Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce will be holding a SMART Webinar on De-escalation on Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, providing resources and insight for businesses dealing with the impacts of the current COVID-19 situation.

This free online event will run from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Registration is required.

In this session, you’ll hear from subject matter experts who will break down best practices in de-escalation training and how to respond to someone experiencing crisis in storefront office spaces.

Speakers will include Melissa Glenn, Health & Social Services Coordinator at the King County Library System.

This will be 50-minute webinar, with ample time for audience Q&A.
