SeaTac Police / King County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help identifying this thief suspect:

CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS INDIVIDUAL?

On 08/26/2020 at 1:58 p.m., SeaTac Police responded to a vehicle prowl in the 3200 block of S. 228 Street at Grandview Dog Park (map below). SeaTac is a contract city and partner of the King County Sheriff’s Office.

When deputies talked with the victim, she advised that she went to the dog park around 11:00 a.m.. At approximately 12:27 p.m., she received an alert from her bank that her debit card had a suspicious transaction at a grocery store in Des Moines for $165.00. The victim came back to her vehicle to discover her driver’s side window was broken and her purse (that was hidden under the driver’s seat) was missing.

A Seatac Deputy contacted the store in Des Moines and with the help of the manager, was able to find video of the transaction using the stolen debit card. The suspect can be seen purchasing flowers, a $100.00 gift card and a children’s learning toy.

The suspect appears to be a white male, wearing a Green Bay Packers hat with manufacturers stickers still on the bill.

If you know this individual or anything about this case, we ask you contact City of SeaTac Detective Sergeant Scott Dery at [email protected] for any information.
