The Success Foundation’s 2024 Gala, held on Nov. 8, 2024 at the Museum of Flight, raised $32,000 to support its mission of fostering growth and maintaining vital community programming for local students.
Around 175 guests participated in a variety of activities, including silent and live auctions, a wine wall, raffles, and a paddle raise, demonstrating overwhelming generosity that will allow the foundation to continue expanding its efforts.
The evening was emceed by Rafael Saucedo and Dick Fain, whose engaging presence contributed to the success of the event. Guests enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere supported by sponsors including BECU, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, HomeStreet Bank, Comcast, and many others.

The foundation also announced next year’s gala, scheduled for Nov. 7, 2025, with the theme “The Grand Garden Party: Cultivating Future Success.”
