SeaTac Police / King County Sheriff’s Office had a recent success finding a suspect hiding under a pontoon boat on Angle Lake, using their beloved K9 ‘Paco’:
Great job by our SeaTac Police Department and another successful track for our beloved K9 Paco.
On 5/29/2020 around 6:30 AM, deputies were dispatched to a one car roll over collision in SeaTac in the 3000 BLK S 200. When deputies arrived they located the vehicle, now un-occupied.
Deputy Gervacio and his K9 partner Paco arrived and began tracking for the suspect. Paco tracked the suspect to the dock at Angle Lake Park. It appeared that the suspect had boarded a boat.
Perimeter deputies actually located the male hiding under a pontoon boat at a house near the 3900 BLK S 192nd. The suspect initially didn’t want to come out, but once Paco showed up he decided it was time to come out and give up.
The suspect was exhausted from running, rowing across the lake, and swimming a good distance to try and get away from the police. He was taken to the hospital to be checked out and will be charged later after the investigation is complete.
Keep up the good work Police,Fire first responders,911 operators the list goes on and on.Thanks for being there that’s what it comes down to when people need help your there.Good job everyone take pride in what you do your appreciated more then you no.Its A very challenging time to be in law enforcement the majority of the public is law abiding believes in family values and believe s in being good people. And have morals .Then you have this evil culture that wants to be able to do anything they want with no repercussions this conflicts with what the Police are being paid to do and that’s to enforce the law and protect society from the criminals no this we support you and stand with the Police proudly.Thank You all take care.
