Meet Oreck, RASKC’s Pet of the Week:
Oreck is a five-year-old male American Bully who was found as a stray in November. He quickly became a fan favorite of the shelter staff who say his happy-go-lucky attitude and adorable snorts are the best part of their day. They describe Oreck as a big baby boy whose favorite activities are eating and being loved on!
A spirited and fun-loving dog, Oreck is 68 pounds and not quite aware of his size! He can be a pit pushy when it comes to getting things he wants like attention or snacks. He may be more successful in a home with older children who are stable on their feet. He’s still working on his manners so would do best in a home willing to work with him to become the best dog he can be.
Oreck is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped! His adoption comes with many benefits in addition to the love and snuggles he will give, including 30 days of opt-in health insurance through Trupanion and a discount on training through GoodPup. As Pet of the Week, Oreck’s adoption fee has been reduced.
If you and your family are looking for a happy and fun friend, Oreck may be the one for you! You can visit Oreck at RASKC on weekdays from Noon to 5 p.m., and weekends from Noon to 4 p.m.
